When you make and order and get re-directed to Paypal, Paypal will allow you to choose a payment method to complete the sale. If there is not option to pay, paypal is not allowing any of your current payment methods. In this case paypal just shows an option to ‘Cancel and Return to Ignite Gallery’.
If this happens, please try adding another payment method such as a credit card. Sometimes Paypal will not allow bank transfers to international accounts. Or please contact Paypal and ask them why your payment method is not being allowed.
Any pending orders listed on this website will not complete. You can see your payment history in Paypal’s activity log. Money can only be transferred when you are redirected to paypal.com, and then login and choose a payment method and complete the sale.
